I enjoy helping people with spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects of their lives and journey toward improved health and wellness. I collaborate with individuals and use therapy that supports them to achieve their goals. I believe in the effectiveness of rapport, the safety of therapeutic relationships and the process of therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy for Insight Counseling and Therapy. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work in 2004 at Boise State University and a Master of Social work in 2011 at Northwest Nazarene University with a dual concentration of Clinical and Managerial. I provide supervision for Master level clinicians working to obtain clinical licensure. I have a background in school-based Psychosocial Rehabilitation, where I supported students with emotional needs and their families. As a life-long Idaho resident, I have treated a diverse population in Treasure Valley and personalized therapy to meet the specific needs of the clients I serve.
